Our only websites are stockpocks.com, play.stockpocks.com and genesis.stockpocks.com (the Genesis sale page). Any other domain is not us.
Type genesis.stockpocks.com yourself rather than following a link someone sends you. Look-alike sites and accounts with an extra word, letter, dot or dash are fake. No Stock Pocks site ever asks for your wallet recovery phrase or private key; if a page does, close it.

The Genesis sale runs only at genesis.stockpocks.com. Official sale contracts are only those listed there. We never send a contract address by DM, email or reply.
Never send funds to an address someone gives you by DM, email or reply. The sale is open on genesis.stockpocks.com. Genesis spot holders can mint there on Sunday 4 October 2026 · 12:50 to 13:00 UTC, the 10 minutes before everyone else. The public sale then runs from 13:00 UTC (9 am ET / 6 am PT) until it sells out or Monday 5 October 2026 · 13:00 UTC. Read the terms and the risks before you bid. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
Staff never ask for your recovery code, AI helper access key, wallet recovery phrase or private key.
New Genesis spot claims have closed. Nobody can sell you a spot. A spot is not a free Pock. It lets the wallet on the list buy 1 Genesis Pock at the sale price during the claim window.
Only stockpocks.com, play.stockpocks.com and genesis.stockpocks.com will ever ask you to connect a wallet, sign something or pay. If anyone else asks, it is not us. Do not reply. Report it to our Telegram bot, @stockpocksbot, with /bug.
Staff never DM first. No Stock Pocks staff member will ever message you first, and nobody will ever ask for your recovery code, an AI helper access key, a password or a wallet recovery phrase. Anyone who does is not us: do not reply, and report them.
Get help from a person
Public help happens in the official Stock Pocks Telegram channel. For anything about your own account or data, send a private /bug report to @stockpocksbot on Telegram: the team reads every report, and only approved bug reports go on to our developers.
- Open our Telegram bot, @stockpocksbot, and send /bug.
- Tell us what happened, and your device and browser. For anything about your account or your data, add the Request reference from Your account in the game. Never include your recovery code or access keys.
- News and known issues are posted in our Telegram channel. Never post account details there.
- Only trust replies from the bot itself. Ignore anyone who contacts you privately.
Support is staffed every day during the open beta, and we aim to reply within 24 hours. Role mailbox: info@stockpocks.com, which is forwarded to our team; for account and data requests, send a private /bug report to @stockpocksbot on Telegram with your Request reference, so we can check the request is yours.
Report a bug
Send /bug to our Telegram bot, @stockpocksbot. The bot shows you the full report before anything is sent, and you can send up to 5 reports a day. Please leave out passwords, recovery codes and precise locations.
Lost your recovery code?
Lost recovery codes cannot be restored. We only keep a one-way hash of your code, so nobody, including staff, can look it up or reset it. If you are still signed in somewhere, open Your account in the game and make a new code there right away. If you are signed out everywhere and have no code, that account cannot be opened again, but you can start a new free account.
Payments, tokens and Genesis
Stock Pocks is free to play. Nothing can be withdrawn from the game, and you need no wallet to join. The Genesis sale runs only at genesis.stockpocks.com. Wallet requests in the Telegram bot are closed. Anyone else offering Stock Pocks tokens, NFTs, spots, giveaways or early access is not us: see the official links and report them to @stockpocksbot with /bug.
Your data and your account
- Download your data: in the game, under Your account.
- Delete your account: in the game, open Your account and record a deletion request. Then send /bug to @stockpocksbot and paste the Request reference the game shows, so we can find your account and know the request is yours. We do it by hand within 30 days. Deleting cannot be undone.
- Read the privacy notice for what we keep and for how long.
Playing safely
- On a Walk, keep to a familiar route and stop somewhere safe, away from traffic, water and private land, before you look at your screen. Studio needs no location at all.
- You can pause or switch off an AI helper at any time from the game.
- Stock Pocks is for players aged 18 and over.
- The community rules are part of our terms.
Known limits in the open beta
- Plaza (chat) is switched off.
- The Practice Pock you get is not an NFT and has no value.
